Also, we don’t have a specific dress code for the conference – business casual is the most common choice.

For networking purposes, we recommend that you use our Presidents Summit networking App. With this App, you can easily book meetings with the 3000+ leaders, entrepreneurs, investors and policymakers. As we get closer to the conference, we will let you know more about the app by email and give you access weeks in advance.
Night Summit is the official after-hours gathering that takes place on the venue.
Your Presidents Summit ticket gives you access to all Night Summit activities, so go ahead — network, build connections, and above all, have an incredible night to the tunes of the legendary R&B Artist, Craig David, and the famous Rock Band, DAD.
Each ticket is valid for the two days and can only be used by one person.
In case you are not able to attend both days, we offer Split Ticket add-on service that allows you to separate a two-day ticket into “Day 1” and “Day 2” tickets for different attendees. The cost of splitting one ticket is 75 EUR + VAT. Please contact us at info@presidents-summit, if you would like to use this option.
At our conference, we have free choice seating that is filled on a first come first serve basis. VIP and Presidents Ticket holders have their own seating sections closer to the stage.
Due to safety, you should not leave your personal belongings to reserve a seat for yourself.
We deliver all our tickets by email to the address associated with the purchase. This means, if you bought the ticket yourself, you should have received your ticket by email. If you are part of a group and did not buy the ticket yourself, you should check with your group leader – he or she received all the group tickets by email.
Please have your ticket ready to show our Customer Service staff at the check-in desks. We accept both PDF tickets on your phone (recommended) and printed tickets.
If you can’t find your ticket, please just bring your ID on the day and we will look you up in the registration system.
You can cancel your purchase within 7 days from the day the order is placed. If you wish to do this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Only written cancellations are accepted. Please note: an unpaid invoice is not considered as a cancellation.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference will not be accepted. For more information, see our Cancellation Policy.

The VAT added to each order works in compliance with the laws of the country in which the conference takes place. A ticket to Presidents Summit will be subject to Danish VAT.

No. VAT is always added to the ticket price even when the purchase is made by a company.
As a business conference that takes place in Copenhagen, tickets to Presidents Summit are subject to Danish taxes. The standard VAT rate in Denmark is 25%.
Companies from EU countries, please contact your local tax office to apply for a VAT refund.
We offer three payment methods: invoicing, online banking and credit card. If you want an invoice, you can choose between an email or printed invoice.
