Biography

Roger is named as the World’s #1 Management Thinker by Thinkers50 and acknowledged as one of the most influential business professors in the world. He is a trusted strategy advisor to the CEOs of companies worldwide including Procter & Gamble, Lego, and Ford. In addition, he is an acknowledged Professor Emeritus at the Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto, where he also previously served as Dean.

His research is within the topics of Strategy, Democratic Capitalism, Integrative Thinking, Design of Business, Incentives & Governance, and Social Innovation. He has written 12 books and 29 Harvard Business Review articles.
