Sanyin Siang is the founding executive director of the Fuqua/Coach K Center on Leadership & Ethics (COLE) at Duke Unviersity’s Fuqua School of Business and a professor at its Pratt School of Engineering. She is a CEO Coach, Board Director, and author of The Launch Book. She is also a LinkedIn Influencer with more than 1 million followers who recognized as one of LinkedIn’s 2017 and 2018 Top 20 Global Influencer Voices. In July 2019, she was recognized as one of 8 nominees for the inaugural Thinkers50 Global Coaching & Mentoring Award. 

Her expertise in strategic planning, partnerships, and leader development, coupled with an understanding of the millennial and Gen Z mindsets and social media and innovation strategies, has helped organizations and senior executives identify gaps and lead more effectively in a rapidly changing marketplace and talent space. She convenes interdisciplinary and diverse think teams towards finding and implementing new approaches for complex problems.
