Biography

Linda Hill is Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School and Chair of the Leadership Initiative. She is regarded as one of the top experts on leadership and has been named by Thinkers50 as one of the top ten management thinkers in the world and received the Thinkers50 Innovation Award in 2015. Her research focuses on leadership development, building agile, innovative organizations, and implementing global strategies.

Linda Hill has published multiple books on leading innovation. Perhaps best known is ‘Collective Genius’, where she visits world leading organisations such as Google, Pixar, and IBM to isolate what makes them so successful. To spread her knowledge, she has co-founded Paradox Strategies and co-creator of the re:Route assessment. 

Linda has worked with many world leading organisations such as GE, Accenture, UnitedHealth Group, Mastercard, Morgan Stanley, Salesforce and The World Economic Forum among many others.
